FEJ is a platform designed to serve as a networking hub between fusion employers and fusion job seekers.

The FEC team decided to launch this platform after meeting with dozens of companies working on fusion, and many passionate scientists, engineers, and business administrators who want to dedicate their careers to advancing fusion energy. Unlike the largest megatech job boards, fusionenergyjobs.com will be entirely focused on the fusion niche. For employers to qualify for posting a job advertisement on our website, their business must be primarily focused on fusion research and development. We also welcome government agencies, universities, and research institutions focused on fusion to post their fusion related jobs on our website.

Accompanying the launch of the website is an outreach campaign. FEC is communicating with universities and professors that produce fusion experts as emerging talent pools, and sending this announcement to industry veterans and experienced fusioneers.
